Q: How does the process work?
A: First, you select a package here. After clicking on the Buy Now Button, you will be taken to our short form questionnaire to provide us a basic information on how you want your logo designed. After you complete the order, a logo design team will be assigned to work on the logos and should deliver the different logo concepts within 24 hours.

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: You get your logo concepts in 24 hrs.


Q: What type of payments are accepted?
A:We accept all major cards - Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, JCB through our secured service provider. You also have the option to pay through Paypal and Bank Transfer upon checkout. You can also phone in your payment details via phone to our client support department or FAX in your order and payment details using our FAX order forms. We also accept payment by check, money order and (for International clients) direct deposit or wire transfer (though these methods of payment may delay scheduling of your project).


Q: Can you help me re-do my existing logo?
A: Yes definitely. You can email your existing logo to: support@webtechlogodesign.com or fax it to (952) 216-1903 . Then go to http://www.businesslogodesign.info/pricing.html to select a package. On the "Do you have any additional comments", mention that you emailed us your existing logo. We will be sending you a confirmation email after you make the payment.


Q: What are logo concepts?
A: Logo Concepts are different designs for your logo. The number of logo concepts will depend on the package you are going to purchase.


Q: How are the logos delivered?
A: Your logos will be delivered to you through email all ready for printing.

Q: What types of file will be delivered?
A: Your logos will be delivered in JPG, EPS, AI, TIFF or PSD format.


Q: Do you do free Revisions incase i didn't like the logo delivered?
A: Yes. You will be dealing directly with the assigned logo designer who will make the necessary revisions that you need.


Q: Who owns the copyright to my logo?
A: You own your logo copyright. We just retain the right to display the artwork in our portfolio (logo gallery) and advertising materials.


Q: How do i protect my logo so no one else can use it. Do i get a patten, registered trademark, or copy write?
A: You can have your final logos trademarked on your local state. You are the legal outright owner of your logo's copyright. That means you are free to trademark your new logo design. It is yours and yours alone and it will grow to be a valuable asset as your company expands and you develop a loyal, brand-conscious customer base in the years ahead.
